After some free time, somebody from the Department of Clinical Chemistry showed us around the labs. I think if a Dutch chemist or farmaceut would tell me about his or her job, it would be quite challenging to understand, let alone an English one! It is an understatement if I say I was a little bit confused. These people are so intelligent, it was rather impressive. I cannot comment on anything really, because I think I simply have a lack of braincells to understand the things they do. What I did understand and saw, was the professional way everything was done. Again, quite impressive.
