When we have some kind of celebration planned, we like to visit Amsterdam and eat Chinese duck. With small pieces of cucumber, spring onions and a delicious sauce, all together rolled in small pancakes. So we did today, to celebrate my trip to the UK. And as always, it was yummy!!!!
